Khalil Memon leads Dynamic Contracts Consultants LLC with more than 25 years of experience in government and commercial contracting. He advises government agencies, businesses, and nonprofit organizations on acquisition strategy, proposal development, contract administration, and regulatory compliance.
His expertise spans the contracting lifecycle—from acquisition planning and solicitation development to post-award compliance, subcontract management, audit readiness, and closeout. Through Dynamic’s partnership with FARify.ai, he combines contracting expertise with AI-enabled tools to improve procurement efficiency and support compliance.
Credentials: Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM), Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), and Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM).
Education: LL.M., MBA, LL.B., BS, and professional paralegal studies.
